entered into by and between you and WhytePlumbing.net,
a subsidiary of Whyte Plumbing, Inc. In consideration of your
use of and access to this Internet site (the "WhytePlumbing.net
site"), and the promise and obligations herein, and
intending to be legally bound, you and WhytePlumbing.com hereby
agree as follows:

WhytePlumbing.net Site is subject to these Terms, as well as any
modifications issued by WhytePlumbing.com to these Terms, and
all applicable laws and regulations. BY USING THE

You agree to defend, indemnify,
and hold harmless WhytePlumbing.net, our partners,

related entities and their respective directors, officers,
employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses,
damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to
reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or
relating to your breach of the Terms or your access to or use

obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and the

| Our
customers may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund
within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
When returning an item(s), all
parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original
packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees are refundable only
when items are shipped incorrectly or are damaged. Shipping fees
are non-refundable after seven (7) days of customer product
possession.
A handling/restocking fee of 20%
of the original purchase price may be assessed on returned
products, unless given "good cause"; to be determined at
the sole discretion of WhytePlumbing.
